My goodness this hotel deserves 6 stars! Beautiful, clean, super comfortable bed, amazing staff, and overall would stay again. I was in town for a funeral, and multiple family members stayed. While a sad reason to be there, it was a great place for us to gather and have some good time together. The Chaz was amazing too!

Superb service from exceptional staff, delicious room service, and the in-room massages were outstanding! As a first time guest at the Raphael Hotel, I was beyond impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us at the front door and led us into the beautiful lobby,, until the moment we left, it was perfect! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but the Raphael Hotel!

Great hotel with character. This was an in-town stay for us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. From check in, to dinner at Chaz with live music, to room service breakfast, to check out, everything was first rate. We would not hesitate to stay here again for a trip to the Country Club Plaza.

Stunning historic hotel in a central location. I love the Bonvoy locations and having their amenities and services in this classic hotel is fantastic. Every staff member went above and beyond. Value for money and central placement near the Plaza district make this a must stay.
